Sim & Sally wish to welcome
you to our friendly family run Bed & Breakfast just outside Ringmer village.
We are a converted barn,
originally built in the 1800's
with many of its original features.
Tastefully furnished to a high standard in keeping with the buildings original character and beauty.
We have five spacious guest rooms each equipped with a colour television, DVD player and
free-view channels.
All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and have tea & coffee making facilities.
Guests are more than welcome to use the lounge area and garden to take in the breathtaking views across open farmland towards the south downs.
We can also cater for families and those with mobility difficulties.

We are conveniently situated just beneath the South Downs, surrounded by many beautiful villages boasting a copious amount of
history, charm, and character.
The villages of Firle, Glynde, Laughton, Ripe and the historical town of Lewes are within a few minutes drive.
We are perfectly sited between Brighton and Eastbourne which are both within an easy 20 minute drive.
Frequent trains run from nearby Lewes to London and the south coast.
Also the port of Newhaven which is only 15 minutes drive has ferries to France.
We are very conveniently situated for guests of Broyle Place Farm a popular wedding venue.
We are also one of the closest Bed & Breakfasts to the famous Glyndebourne Opera House, less than 5 minutes drive along a country lane.
